Tour Fátima, Óbidos, Nazaré, Batalha and Alcobaça

We start our fantastic day by visiting the medieval village of Óbidos, its imposing castle with its Manueline porticoes, flowered windows and small squares, good examples of the  architecture of this village's heyday.

Then we proceed to the village of Nazaré, a fishing village, famous for the Nossa Senhora da Nazaré  sanctuary that gave it its name to the village, the legend of the knight in the "sitio", and the biggest waves ever surfed in the world!

The most challenging spot for any radical and fearless surfer! The "Everest" of surfing!

The  Fátima  sanctuary is our next stop, a place of obligatory worship on the paths of faith!

There, I will tell you about the events that took place in the year 1917 in Fátima, which led to the construction of the Sanctuary and we will visit the two basilicas that exist there as well as the chapel of the apparitions.

Then, our adventure continues to the Monastery of Batalha, a place of great importance due to the great struggles that took place in that same place and the imposing Monastery that was built there.

Our visit ends with a visit to the church of the Monastery of Alcobaça, where the bodies of D. Pedro and D. Inês de Castro are buried, "responsible" for the most beautiful and tragic love story in the history of Portugal!

A unique day to collect unforgettable moments for your whole life! 😊
